I am currently working on a project with a 30,000 square foot building, a 2,000 square foot un-conditioned storage building, and a 400 square foot flammable storage building all being constructed on one site.  We are only attempting to certify the main building, but the storage building is considered "certifiable".  Because of this, my understanding is we need to register the project as a multiple buildings project.  The problem is, our project manager originally registered the project as if it were a single building.  I submitted this question through LEED Online and called a week later to check on the status.  I was told this was a technical question and it would be 15 business days before I got an answer.  We have already filled out a decent amount of the formwork online, and would like to continue to do so, but with 10 business days left before we get an answer from LEED Online about changing the registration, type we are in limbo.  When we finally do change the registration type, will we lose all the forms we have already filled out, or will it all transfer smoothly?  Obviously, if all work will be lost, I need to stop everyone from working on the forms over the next 10 days.

Steven, sorry we weren't able to get you a response here. Honestly, I think I would have deferred to GBCi on this. What ended up happening?
