Changing Registration from CS to NC and viceversa

Dear Susteainable fellows.

My question is about changing registration from one scheme to other. The case is as follow: One building is already registered as CS, Core and Shell V3. 2009. But the client is thinking to move towards NC (New Construction) how is the procedure to apply this modificacion. and in viceversa as well
