LEEDuser has added another essential tool that you have been asking for: sample LEED Online forms.
Through a special arrangement with USGBC, LEEDuser has integrated these sample LEED Online credit forms into the member toolkit we provide.
In one stop, LEED users can get step-by-step tips on earning credits, receive pointers on avoiding costly pitfalls, pick up customizable tools for credit documentation, and now—also download functional LEED Online forms.
We've included the forms on each credit and prerequisite for all the LEED rating systems on LEEDuser. Get started here:
• Access LEED-NC v2.2 sample credit templates
• Access LEED-NC v2009 sample credit forms
• Access LEED-CS v2009 sample credit forms
• Access LEED-Schools v2009 sample credit forms
• Access LEED-CI v2009 sample credit forms
• Access LEED-EBOM v2009 sample credit forms

just what I needed!
This addition was so timely for our project. We just switched from LEED-NC to LEED-CI, but USGBC has not officially swtiched us on LEEDOnline so we do not have access to the templates yet. These came out just in time for me to reference at our LEED workshop last week.
I noticed that there are (3) templates missing:
SSp1 - Construction Activity Pollution Prevention (not listed)
MRc3.1 - Materials Reuse (error code 404: The requested resource is not available)
MRc3.2 - Materials Resuse - Furniture and Furnishings (error code 404: The requested resource is not available)
Will these be available soon?
thanks!
Crystal, I will check on these and post back by the end of the day.
Crystal, SSp1 is not a part of LEED-CI.
I have fixed the downloads for MRc3.1 and MRc3.2. Thanks for pointing those out!
oh you're right about SSp1. That was definitely leftovers from NC.
Thanks a bunch for fixing the templates!
Nice addition to the site
You're not charging enough. Way to increase the value of being a subscriber.
Eric, thanks for the feedback! We're trying to keep making LEED more understandable, attainable, and cost-effective at our current affordable rates. Keep the feedback and requests coming.
Are you aware of any reference guide for multiple buildings certification for LEEDv3?
Yes, see this page on the USGBC site and look for the 2010 application guide for multiple buildings and campuses.
But that document talks about project registration guidance & related informations only. I am looking for credit by credit approach for MB in V3.
Are you looking for LEED for Neighborhood Development? There is a lot of information on that on the USGBC website.
I am looking for LEED NCv3 Multiple building approach. I couldn't find any information on the particular subject.
Nowfal, I've given you everything that exists under that description. Sorry I can't be of more help. Please be more specific about what you're looking for and why.
