Well, shoot. I have been impressed with the comprehensive resources available through LEEDuser for the most common LEED rating systems, even thought I never had to use them. I logged in today hoping that there would be as rich a store of stuff for LEED-ND, but find nothing at all.

Are any of you fellow users aware of another place I might find useful guidance, templates, pre-formatted calculators, etc. for LEED for Neighborhood Development projects?

LEED-ND certification resources

Amanda, I appreciate the vote of confidence on our resources, so I'm all the more disappointed to let you down in this case.

The LEEDuser team is planning development of support resources for LEED-ND, but we can't promise anything soon thats on the scale of what we've done for LEED-NC, EBOMEBOM is an acronym for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, one of the LEED 2009 rating sytems., and company.

It's early on in LEED-ND, which is an obstacle for us as much as it is for you and others. Among other things, GBCI only has a LEED Online form for one credit, from what I know, so it's tough to say exactly how credit requirements will be implemented. There is also very little experience out there with the current version of the rating system, since all certified projects were from the pilot.

Keep us posted on what you find, and what you create—maybe it will be part of the seed for future LEEDuser support of LEED-ND.

Any updates on LEEDuser establishing a LEED ND section? I am reviewing a LEED ND project in the Middle-East. Finding LEED ND resources/information is limited the USA you can image how difficult it is for the MENA region.

We don't yet have plans to develop LEED-ND resources.

It would help to know what must-have resources you would want, short of the credit-by-credit guidance we have provided for other rating systems.
