LEED Online + Documentation
After you have a submitted for either the Design or Construction Phases to LEED Online…can you add a credit if denied a specific credit before you accept the final review from LEED online? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Download completed templates
In order to keep company's records of the LEED Process of our projects we would like to be able to download all the submitted templates and documentation, however we don't find a way to do that apart from printing or saving each document.
Is there a special tool to do this?
Thank you for your help.
Daniela,
I have not found any other way to do this, other than downloading and saving each individual form and document. If you discover an easier way, please let us know!
It should be noted, however, that the project administrator will maintain access to the project documents for a while (possibly indefinitely?) on LEED-online.
Daniela,
As luck would have it I just stumbled on how to do this, this morning. You can read my post about it here.
Re: LEED Online + Documentation
It may depend on the timing - yes, projects have added credits when providing responses to the clarification requests that came after the initial design phase or initial construction phase submission. At that point you should still have the access to add the additional credits in LEEDOnline.
If you are at the point of assembling the final submission for the construction phase you won't have a chance to receive any requests for clarification from the reviewer, so you need to provide all possible information and supporting documentation that's required.
If you've already gotten all the requests for clarification, submitted your final construction phase credits, and you are at the point of accepting the final review you may need to file an appeal to pursue any additional credits. I haven't heard of projects adding credits at this point other than by filing an appeal, but you'll want to confirm with GBCI if that's your situation.
Thank you very much for responding David!
After posting here I stumbled upon the 2011 LEED Certification Policy manual from GBCI. It is informative (of course) and it is my understanding that the process is slightly different from what you have noted. (Wish I could upload an attachment).
"SPLIT REVIEW
Response to Preliminary Design Review: ....Project Administrator may elect to accept the results of the Preliminary Design Review as final, or they may elect to respond to review comments with additional information or documentation. Said response must only include revised documentation for those prerequisites or credits submitted with the initial application for Design Review- new credits or prerequisites may NOT be included with the response.
Final Design Review: ....The Project Administrator shall then accept or appeal the final Design Review...
Response to Preliminary Construction Review: ...Unlike the Response to Preliminary Design Review, new credits or prerequisites MAY BE included with the response to Preliminary Construction Review, HOWEVER it should be noted that GBCI will only review such documentation once, there will not be an opportunity to clarify documentation submitted for new credits or prerequisites.
COMBINED REVIEW
Response to Preliminary Standard Review: ....Project Administrator may elect to accept the results of the Preliminary Standard Review as final, or they may elect to respond to review comments with additional information or documentation. New credits or prerequisites MAY BE included with the response to Preliminary Standard Review, HOWEVER it should be noted that GBCI will only review such documentation once, there will not be an opportunity for project teams to clarify documentation submitted for new credits or prerequisites.
Final Standard Review: ...The Project Administrator shall then accept or appeal the final Construction Review."
