On the GBCI website, under "Cetified Project Directory" (http://www.gbci.org/main-nav/building-certification/leed-project-directory.aspx), many projects have links that provide additional information about the project. Under "Case Study", the Detail link provides information on the USGBC website (http://leedcasestudies.usgbc.org/), and under "Certification Level", the link displays the level of certification and links to the project's scorecard.
Our GOLD certified (December 2009), Magnify Credit Union, has both links grayed out, just like the majority of the other projects listed in the directory. Does anyone know why a project is grayed out (no link), or how the GBCI or USGBC selects which projects to provide additional information on?
On a similar thought but different topic, where do you get your final "Scorecard"? It was never emailed to us, and I never saw a link anywhere to download...
Thanks!

USGBC
I think the case studies have been a PR effort on USGBC's behalf to spread the word about LEED buildings that they select for their own reasons.
I thought that scorecards are provided as part of the final review and certification, but I could be wrong...
