Has anyone else received a pop-up today about this new LEED User Registration Agreement?  I don't remember if we already signed an earlier version of this legal form, nor do I notice any changes from earlier versions.  I assume that USGBC is trying to protect iteself, GBCI, and LEED logos and copyrights, and it is benign towards the user.  I did notice that there should be no infringement on third party copyrights... Confusing.  Anyone with legal background understand this document before "I Accept"?

LEED Online agreement

John, you mean the LEED Online agreement. I just wrote an article about it in Environmental Building News and was going to do a post here.

You must have signed an earlier version of this when you joined LEED Online v3. This is an update that consensus seems to think is friendlier.

Thank you Tristan. The article was very helpful. In fact, as a LEED EBOMEBOM is an acronym for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, one of the LEED 2009 rating sytems. project, we will look into signing the Agency Form.
