We have submitted an Innovaton Credit for Paperess Submittals and received the following response:

The LEED Submittal Template has been provided stating that the project team has developed and implemented an ID credit proposal for using and electronic document management system during construction to greatly reduce the amount of paper used for submittals, RFI, payments, etc. during the construction process. Documentation has been provided stating that this strategy saved 132,634 pages, or 2.65 tons, of paper. However, while commendable, this strategy is not considered innovative. See LEED-NC v2.2 IDc1.1 CIRCredit Interpretation Ruling. Used by design team members experiencing difficulties in the application of a LEED prerequisite or credit to a project. Typically, difficulties arise when specific issues are not directly addressed by LEED information/guide Ruling dated 7/30/2009 for more information.

TECHNICAL ADVICE:
The project may apply for an alternative Innovation in Operations credit for the Final Review.

If we are to proceed with a EBOMEBOM is an acronym for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, one of the LEED 2009 rating sytems. credit for this NC 2.2 project can someone share which credit is aplicable?  I can't seem to find one that fits.
