BIO

I completed my BS in Architecture 2008 at UTA, and completed my Masters in Sustainability from UTA in December of 2012. While I completed my MSIS, I was very active with sustainability outside of work and school as well. I became the Secretary for UTA's Student Sustainability Society in Fall of 2011, and in the spring of 2012, I became the Design/Architect Chair for the Sustainable DFW Executive Board.

As my education and career in sustainability builds, I have had the pleasure of becoming the Sustainability Coordinator at Jacobs Engineering in Fort Worth. I have had the opportunity to work on numerous DoD projects, often coordinating and completing all required LEED documentation. I've just earned my LEED AP BD+C, and continued to add diversity snd specialized sustainable architecture to my list of credentials. This past summer, I had the opportunity to become the Sustainability Coordinator on the Military's first Net Zero Air Force Hangar and Air Traffic Control Tower, which is a great honor and an amazing learning experience and opportunity.

I have been named the President of the Sustainability Committee for our firm, and have continued to offer my experiences and education in sustainability to everyone in the office.
